Your First Visit
Thank you for choosing Advanced Dental Care! Your comfort is our priority, and that begins with your first visit to our office. We understand you may be anxious, so we will take the time to make sure you are comfortable as we evaluate your dental needs, educate you on the effects of dental disease, and work with you on your plan of care.
Before your appointment
Please gather your health history documents, before you arrive, so we can ensure that you will get the best possible care.
Your visit
We respect your time and make every effort to keep on schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any paperwork. If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours in advance.
During your first visit we will review your dental and medical records. We will take x-rays of your teeth and mouth. One of our hygienist will clean and polish your teeth and will check for gum disease or gingivitis. Your doctor will meet with you to examine your teeth and mouth, discuss your care needs. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the visit and to work with us to ensure that your experience is comfortable and positive.
Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. A 10% courtesy discount is granted for full payment. We will be happy to file insurance claims for you, and will also be happy to discuss payment plan options, including personal finance company and credit cards.
